Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@goodlifeapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
